Refrigerate or freeze until ready to cook. Cook to an internal temperature of 160. Great for breakfast or in a casserole.

Our sausage is leaner than most and made with ingredients of the highest quality. Lightly spiced, we use belly fat, the sweetest, best fat on the hog to add a depth of flavor not found in other sausages. Our Newswanger's Sausage uses pork butts and brown sugar for nice blend of spice with flavor.

they are just so good

I use to go to the store in person but in the last 2 years was not able to go but I managed to find the store on line and now I can order my sausages on line and I can't wait to eat them again. Best in the world

The ultimate breakfast sausage

Absolutely fantastic sausage goes with pancakes, eggs bacon, scrapple grits. I don’t know that there’s anything that you couldn’t use the sausage for and you don’t even have to use it for breakfast. You can use it for lunch or dinner. I love and I love the sausage.
