Deluxe Pancakes:
-1.25 cup Buttermilk Pancake Mix
-1 large egg
-.75 cup milk
-2 Tbsp melted butter
Beat the egg, add the milk, blend in the Pancake Mix until moistened, add the melted butter stir briskly to mix in the butter. Pour batter on a preheated griddle.
