Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Unopened product will last for 28 day in the refrigerator. Once opened product must be consumed within 7 days. Frozen product should be consumed within 6 months after the "Use or Freeze by" date.
Cooking
This product is great for grilling. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 160°.
OR
In a pan over medium heat cook product turning often to ensure even cooking. Fry until the internal temperature reaches 160°.

Very Good - They Went Quickley

Got these by adding them as an extra to my order for Canadian Bacon over the Christmas holiday. They were outstanding, tasty, very lean, and delicious. I just prepared them on the stove top. Will likely order again in the spring to do them on the grill. Great product, highly recommended.
