A PA Dutch Classic

Description

Folks who know scrapple will tell you: ours can’t be beat. Made in kettles with cornmeal and buckwheat flour blended with pork, pork skins, and livers, our Pennsylvania scrapple is the real deal. Pan-fried and paired with maple syrup, this is a Pennsylvania Dutch delicacy not to be missed.
Order scrapple online for yourself or to send to a loved one outside the county and let them experience this uniquely regional pork dish. Although sometimes called the “poor man’s bacon,” we think our Pennsylvania Dutch scrapple is richly flavored to stand on par with any breakfast meat.

Such great Scrapple!

We discovered the Stolfutz brand scrapple last summer while visiting Lancaster, PA, where a local restaurant served it. I purchased several pounds to bring home and freeze. It freezes, thaws, and cooks beautifully, unlike the 2 other brands we can purchase in NC.

When our daughter in Honolulu mentioned how much she missed scrapple, I learned Stolfutz ships to Hawaii.

I ordered 3 pounds for her, and we are thrilled to report it arrived safely, wonderfully packed, and still partially frozen after Stolfutz shipped it to HI.

She and her husband enjoyed a great treat for Christmas morning breakfast.
