Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Unopened product in the refrigerator will last 90 days. Once opened it must be consumed within 7 days.

Cooking
In a pan over high heat sear porkchops do not over crowd.
Place them in the oven at 325°. Cook until porkchop reaches an internal temperature of 145°.

Great for grilling and the Air fryer.

I guess my own fault for not reading carefully but who could believe $10 for a pork chop that weighs 5 ounces?
