Truly excellent ham hocks.

The 12 ham hocks I recently received was not my first order and most certainly will not be my last. Anyone with even minimum cooking experience would see a night and day difference between the industry standard ham hocks available in some grocery stores and the ham hocks prepared by Stoltzfus Meats. They’re a great complement to so many preparations of food.

My winter garden is full of fresh greens and growing up in the south that demands that I have a ham hock one hand to cook with them. These are the best on the market. They are the same price as the fatty hocks which have almost no meat sold at the local supermarket. These are so meaty and so little fat that I have to add olive oil to balance the coating on the greens.
