Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep Refrigerated. Unopened in the refrigerator product will last 90 days. Once opened it must be consumed within 7 days. If frozen the product must be used within 6 month after the "Use or Freeze by" date.
Cooking-
In a frying pan over medium heat, coat the pan with butter or oil.
Slice scrapple into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces.
Cook each side until a crispy crust develops and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.

My elderly mother moved from central Pennsylvania to Wisconsin to be closer to children that can help take care of her. One of the downsides of the move was not being able to find one of Mom’s favorite breakfast meats - scrapple. We tried another brand but it just wasn’t the same. We came across this website and decided to give it a try. Alas, scrapple that tastes just like mom remembers! Ordering was easy, communication was exceptional and the delivery prompt and accurate. We will be ordering more now that we know it’s mom approved! 😆
