What cuts are used in the beef sticks, are any organs like hearts used ?

Hi John, Thank you for reaching out with your questions. The answer to your first question is that there is no specific cut of beef we use. We use different cuts depending on what we have at the time. We also do not use any organs in any of beef or snack sticks. I hope this helps!
