Cooking and Care Instructions

Store in Refrigerator or Freezer.

To Cook: Remove ham from wrapping. Place in baking pan with 1/2 inch of water on bottom of pan. Cover and place in oven preheated to 300. Heat for 18-20 min per pound or to an internal temperature of 140.
