Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Great on the grill but also easy to bake and fry. Cook to an internal temperature of 160.

The products are great. The delivery process has a lot to be desired. The people that pack the products need to use styrofoam and more dry ice when shipping to Florida and other warm climate areas.

Scrapple & Sausage

I live in NYC and we don't have Scrapple in our local stores any more. Back when I was a little kid, scrapple was at every breakfast meal. All my orders came in frozen state. 4 packs of scrapple, and 8 packs of Sausage Grillers. I have told some friends and they also just put in orders. My next package of orders will be in 2 weeks.
