Unfortunately in order to maintain our free shipping option on these boxes, we cannot substitute or add additional items to the gift boxes listed. Free Shipping is available for the Gift Boxes and custom orders over $200 only.

We ship using both UPS and FedEx. We choose options that allow for a transit time of 1-2 days so perishable products arrive still cold. We offer free replacement for any packages delivered in a damaged state. Simply document the damage with a photo and reach out to us at myorder@stoltzfusmeats.com and we will correct any issues!

The boxes, liners, and straw that we use to ship are completely recylable. The ice packs are drain safe and come in a recylable pouch. Sometimes we use a non-recylable bubble mailer. These can be reused. The size and type of box used depends on where a box is being shipped and the amount of insulation and ice packs/dry ice needed to ensure it arrives safely.  

All of our meat products, including our scrapple, are gluten-free with the exception of the Gene Wenger's Hamloaf. Many of the other products we sell, such as pretzels, crackers, and baked goods, are not gluten free. 

If product arrives damaged, the customer does not need to return the damaged product to receive a refund. In place of a refund, we also offer to freely replace any products that have arrived damaged, whether because of mishandling by UPS or FedEx, or because of an error on our part. 

Yes! That is possible. Simply check the "ship to multiple addresses" option when going through the check out process then add the relevant information. Keep in mind that you cannot add a custom box to your order without paying 19.99 for shipping for that custom order.
