Your Ham Loaf

We haven’t been to your shop for many years and we happened to be a 1 1/2 hrs away and said let’s make a detour.
We picked up two of your Ham Loafs, sausages and scrapple.
We had frozen ice packs and an insulated bag. We also added ice cubes in Zip lock bags.
We discovered once we arrived home the next day the the contents were ice cold but defrosted (the scrapple was never frozen)
We made a ham loaf already and it was as great as we remembered. So I guess my question is can the other ham loaf be refrozen along with the sausages till needed.

They immediately fixed an ordering problem

I placed an order online in the evening for ham loaf. The moment I clicked Submit, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I ordered the 1.5 lb instead of the 2.5 pound. I immediately tried to call to change the order. They, of course, were closed, so I got their voicemail.

My main concern, based on prior orders, that they are extremely efficient on mailing out the orders, usually processed and mailed the next day. So I called again the next day and clicked pressed the number for "Online Orders", and left a voicemail explaining my mistake. I got no response for 3-4 hours, so I called again and had to leave another voicemail. The next day, I received an email that my order was shipped. So I called for the 4th time. Again, had to leave another voicemail. So then I press the number to speak with anybody and not be transferred again. I explained my situation.

They were very apologetic and don't know why they have no record of my prior voicemails in their system. She said she will send me another 1.5 lb ham loaf -- AT NO CHARGE -- for my inconvenience, which I received in two days.

This was a very class act by them to resolve the problem. I've ordered online from them many times in the past, and you can be assured that I will continue ordering online from them. Great staff who understands customer satisfaction!
