Our pickles are made using Kirby cucumbers, which means that they are consistent in size and crispness. Grown in soil ideal for cucumbers, they are flash-chilled after being brined, which also helps retain the crisp. You won't find a tastier, crispier pickle out there! Bread and butter pickles are my favorite and these are the best ones to put on a sandwich. Nice and crisp.
