Mix entire bag into large mixing bowl. Add 1 1/4 cups of warm water. Mix and knead the dough for 3-4 minutes. Place dough in bowl sprayed with vegetable oil. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Roll dough into long ropes roughly 32 inches long and 1/2 inch in diameter. Cross the ends of the ropes over twice into a pretzel shape. Dip pretzel into solution of 3 Tbsp of baking soda and 2 cups of warm water. Place pretzels on cookie sheet sprayed with vegetable oil. Salt and bake at 500 for 8 minutes.
