For decades my family had been loyal buyers of a John Morrell bone in ham. In the past few years, that ham has been impossible to find in my area, or perhaps isn't even made anymore. After googling "bone in ham" I kept seeing all the great reviews for Stoltzfus hams. I honestly had never heard of Stoltzfus before. I was skeptical of all the faabulous reviews because how could the ham be THAT good?
So, I decided to give it a shot and ordered a 14-16lb bone in ham just before Christmas. And, after cooking the ham as directed, using our family glaze recipe, I can honestly say, Stoltzfus Meats makes THE BEST BONE IN HAM I'VE EVER EATEN! The ham is not very salty, has very little fat, and is as juicy as any I've ever had. The entire family agrees with that sentiment. From now on, Stoltzfus Hams will be a part of our Christmas and Easter traditions!

These sausage are the best ever. We’ve tried almost all the varieties and one is better than the next. Worth the price also. You get what you pay for for at Stoltzfus. Quality and customer service is fantastic.

I purchased a ham, breakfast sausage, and bacon over the Christmas holiday. Fortunately, the bacon had an expiration date into April, so I was able to keep it refrigerated until I opened it this week. The bacon is fantastic, has a great flavor, and is very juicy, as I don't like to murder my bacon, as many people do. :o) Another winning product for Stolfzfus!

I've made my own version of Amish Roast for 40 years, but I'd never had the "real thing" until now. Savory, buttery, comforting. Lots of meat. Better than mine.

Until I found Stoltzfus Meats online, I had not tasted scrapple since I moved to California in 1999. Mmmmm. A little loose, but the same flavorful staple I remember.

We have purchased both the chipped dried beef and the slices, and each have been excellent however we've used these products (cheese spread, creamed dried beef, sandwiches, etc.). Will definitely buy again!
