With the promise of upcoming cooler weather comes one of our favorite parts of living in Lancaster County - freshly picked apples. In today's blog post, we wanted to feature 10 local orchards where you can pick a variety of apples.
The first four orchards have pick-your-own hours available, while the last six offer apples grown in the orchards for sale in a farm store. Looking for a specific kind of apple? Each orchard grows a different variety; when the information was available, we've noted their current crops below but that information could change any day. For current offerings, we'd recommend visiting the orchard's website or calling them directly.
